This could be from working on the restoration of a period home to the building of a modern extension. Our team is also skilled in everything from the building/restoration of decks and pergolas, replacing fascias/weatherboards/floorboards, window replacement, kitchen and bathroom remodeling to brickwork, tiling, plastering and painting whilst not forgetting electrical and plumbing jobs. Michael Lloyd heads our team of tradespersons at HomeWork Renovations. Michael is a Registered Builder with twenty five years experience in the building trade. He started his career building new homes in Darwin and, after moving to Melbourne in 1990, has been in the renovation, repair and maintenance side of the building industry since then. One of Michael’s duties is to make site visits and assess your requirements, offer advice (if required), and assist in the preparation of a detailed Scope of Works and quotation. Michael is Accredited with Building Ethics Australia (BEA). Only competent builders become BEA Accredited Builders, which is your guarantee of a first-class job without the worry and stress that comes with being in unfamiliar territory.
